Emergency Call Tree
At Animal Resorts and Training Center, David Harris, is constantly looking for ways to improve customer service. During this past ice storm, he realized that our unique ability to handle our customers' needs outside of normal business hours should be made available not just during storms, but during any emergency. As a result, Animal Resorts and Training Center is now providing a new service, the Emergency Call Tree (ECT). The ECT will assure that an Animal Resorts and Training Center staff member will be available to our customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, should an emergency boarding situation occur.
